Have you ever wanted to be part of something amazing? Would you like to push yourself beyond what you ever imaged was possible? If you have ever looked at runners and thought “I would never be able to run like that” then this series is going to be for you!

I’m going to give you the tools and support you will need to become a runner. There will be a running schedule, friendly food ideas and even videos. So be prepared to see my quirking side!
