Food Menu – Sample

Happy Friday everyone! I hope that you are having a fantastic week and plan to stay on track this weekend. I have decided to add sample clean meal plans to my blog and will be creating a section just for these. I thought that I would start out with a menu that I had earlier this week.

Breakfast
Shakeology 1 scoop
Almond milk, 1 cup
Banana, 1 small cut into chunks
Place all ingredients into blender, add several ice cubes and blend

Snack
Celery, raw 10 strips 4” long

Lunch
Hard boil eggs, 2
Red bell pepper, ½ of a pepper
Grape Tomatoes, 8
Cucumber, ½ of a medium, peeled
Baby spinach, raw 2 cups
Lite Ranch Dressing, 2 Tbsp
**salad**

Snack
Carrots, 10 strips, 3” long
Apple, small

Dinner
Sirloin Steak, 4 oz
Fresh string green beans, 4 oz
Grilled onions and peppers, ½ cup cooked
Mango, raw, 1 cup
Serve steak topped with grilled onions and peppers with a side of green string beans and
mango
