Goal Setting


Do you set goals? You should. It’s a great way to turn your dreams into a reality. Try writing down your goals each week and then each day as soon as you wake up look them over. Make a to do list that will help you get closer to those goals. At the end of the day you will feel accomplished and motivated 🙂 make sure you assign dates to these goals that way you are PUSHED and DRIVEN to reach them.

So far this year I have reached 3 of my goals. I got my certification in Turbo Kick, reached a milestone in my fitness business by helping others start their healthy journey and bought my ticket to Beachbody’s Summit event in June.
