Morning Everyone!! I don’t know about you but one of my favorite things about yoga is that it allows you to stretch and open up those parts of your body that are just too darn tight! I always find my hips being tight and not having the range of motion that I would like them to have. I decided to incorporate yoga moves into my morning routine and even throughout the day to open this area. Since doing so, I have noticed that my kicks are higher but most importantly, my hips aren’t sore like they use to be after my workouts.
