Happy Friday Healhty Lifestyle Family!! I don’t know about you but I am ready for the weekend. Not that I have anything planned but just knowing that I am living by MY schedule and not corporate America’s is wonderful 🙂
Day 2 of the 21 Day Fix Extreme went really, really well. I have to say, overall I feel good! Yes, my body is sore but that just means that I’m doing the exercises correctly and changes are happening. Surprisingly I’m not craving anything like I was before starting this plan. I never reach that ‘OMG, I need to eat something or I’m going to die’ feeling. Throughout the day, I’m content and feel satisfied.
You will notice that I am eating the same thing from day to day. Why? BECAUSE IT’S WORKING! I’m giving my body exactly what is needed and I’m learning how to tweek things as I go. For example, I have noticed that I’m not eating that many veggies..so to help me with this, I added organic spinach to my eggs this morning. You will see that in tomorrows vlog 🙂

Good Morning Healhty Lifestyle Gang!! I thought that I would do something different and do a vlog for my next program, 21 Day Fix Extreme. I have been receiving lots of questions about the program so I thought this would allow you to learn more about it as well as provide me with a way to stay accountable.
